People come first
Your questions matter. We make space for a conversation and take the time to understand what you’re asking.
Behind Sensory Assist is a family who cares. With Pip at the heart of it all, we bring a personal touch to sensory shopping — thoughtful products, friendly conversations and replies from real people.
PHILLIPPA LLOYD
The heart behind Sensory Assist.
Pip brings the loving, family touch that has always been part of Sensory Assist. It shows in the way we listen, take time with your questions and remember that there’s a person behind every order.
We’re parents ourselves. We understand that choosing something for your family can come with plenty of questions, and sometimes a friendly conversation makes all the difference.
When you reach out, Pip and our team are here to help with product details and practical questions — with warmth, patience and a personal reply.
Our story began with Fairy Fun, a children’s entertainment service in Sydney. Parties and charity events brought us together with children and families from all walks of life.
Those experiences helped shape Sensory Assist: a place for families to discover sensory products for everyday life, with the same care and personal connection.
From a backyard start to our Taren Point warehouse, the business has grown. Personal replies, friendly conversations and care for our community remain at its heart.
Your questions matter. We make space for a conversation and take the time to understand what you’re asking.
We look at products through a parent’s lens: the practical details, how they feel, and how they fit into an everyday home.
We share product information clearly and help with the little details, so you can make your own choice with confidence.
“I want you to feel comfortable asking a question, whether you’re choosing your first sensory tool or coming back for a favourite.
We’re a family business, and that personal connection matters to us. Thank you for letting Sensory Assist be a little part of your family’s everyday life.”
Giving back has been part of our story, too. We’ve dedicated time and resources to organisations supporting children, families and our wider community.
