Request your school invoice
In your cart, select Request an Invoice. If you see Please log in, sign in first and return to your cart. Your invoice will be emailed to you.
Arrange payment or send your purchase order
Once we receive payment or your school’s purchase order, we’ll process and dispatch your goods. Email purchase orders to info@sensoryassist.com.au.
For specific payment terms or dispatch before payment, send a purchase order on your school’s official letterhead.

Can we order using a purchase order?
Yes. Build your cart and request an invoice, then email your school’s purchase order to info@sensoryassist.com.au. If you need specific payment terms or dispatch before payment, use your school’s official letterhead.
Do I need an account to request an invoice?
Yes. Create or log in to your account first. If the cart shows “Please log in”, sign in and return to the cart to use “Request an Invoice”.
Can I pay online instead?
Yes. If your school is ready to pay online, use the standard checkout rather than the invoice request option.
