Processing NDIA Orders with Sensory Assist

NDIA-managed complete Steps 1 - 4

Please be aware that if any of the steps are not completed, we will be unable to complete your claim submission.

If you are NDIA managed, add the items to your cart.

Make sure to include the name of the NDIS participant and their NDIS number in the "Add Order Note" OR when entering your address by using the "NDIS details field".

  • Complete the order using the NDIS payment method. This is covered by Steps 1-3 below.
  • A link to your invoice will be emailed to you.
  • Complete the below online Service Agreement for NDIA Managed Claims. This is Step 4.
  • We will lodge the claim for you.
  • Once we receive the money in our account, we will ship your order to you.

This category covers products that support indoor recreational activities for individuals with special needs. Sensory Assist provides a range of indoor sensory equipment that can help individuals with special needs to engage in sensory play and exploration.
