Description
Low-Profile Forefoot Support for Greater Comfort in Shoes and Skates
A simple way to fine-tune pressure and comfort inside close-fitting footwear.
Bont MetaLift Domes are small, self-adhesive metatarsal supports designed to sit just behind the ball of the foot. Their gently raised EVA shape supports the transverse arch and helps spread pressure more evenly across the forefoot, without the bulk of a full insole.
A little support in just the right place
Sometimes a small adjustment can make footwear feel much more comfortable. The MetaLift Dome provides targeted support beneath the forefoot, making it particularly useful in skates, athletic shoes, boots and other footwear where space is limited.
Find the position that feels right
Getting the placement right is important, so Bont has designed the MetaLift Dome to let you test the position before securing it permanently. This gives you the chance to make small adjustments and find a comfortable spot before using the strong 3M adhesive.
Three pairs for different footwear
Each pack includes six MetaLift Domes, giving you three complete pairs in white, black and beige. Their discreet, low-profile design means they can be placed above the insole for more direct support or beneath a removable insole for a softer feel.
How to use them
Position the dome just behind the ball of the foot rather than directly underneath a sore or sensitive pressure point. Test the placement while wearing your footwear and make small adjustments as needed before securing the permanent adhesive.
If you experience ongoing foot pain, numbness or discomfort, we recommend speaking with a podiatrist or other qualified health professional for individual advice.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Bont MetaLift Dome?
The Bont MetaLift Dome is a small, low-profile metatarsal support designed to sit just behind the ball of the foot. Its raised EVA shape supports the transverse arch and can help distribute pressure more evenly across the forefoot.
Where should I position the MetaLift Dome?
Position the dome just behind the ball of the foot rather than directly underneath a painful or sensitive pressure point. Small changes in position can make a noticeable difference, so test the placement before securing the permanent adhesive.
Can I test the position before sticking it permanently?

Can the MetaLift Dome be placed underneath an insole?
Yes. It can be positioned on top of the insole for more direct support or underneath a removable insole for a softer, more subtle feel.
What footwear can I use MetaLift Domes in?
