A set of three latex-free TPE eggs in soft, medium and firm resistance, so you can choose the squeeze that feels right.

Hand Exerciser Stress Eggs are compact, quiet and easy to keep nearby for hand exercise, squeezing or fidgeting. Each pack includes three different resistance levels, letting users move from a softer squeeze to a firmer challenge as preferred.

Soft, medium and firm in one pack

Use the softer egg for an easier squeeze, the medium egg for more resistance, or the firm egg when you want a stronger hand workout. There is no need to buy separate resistance levels.

Compact and quiet

Each egg measures approximately 6 x 4.5 cm, fitting comfortably in the hand and making the set easy to use at a desk, during study, at home or while travelling.

Latex-free TPE

The eggs are made from latex-free thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), with a flexible surface designed for repeated squeezing.

How to use them

Hold one egg comfortably in your palm and squeeze to your preferred level, then release. Stop if the movement causes pain or discomfort. The eggs are not designed for mouthing or chewing.
