Mellow Mat FAQs
How do Mellow Mat editions differ?
Editions differ in surface finish, pattern, colour, dimensions and foam thickness. Check the specific listing rather than assuming every Mellow Mat has the same construction. The range includes printed and sculpted designs for different home styles.
How do I choose a size?
Measure the available floor space and compare the exact dimensions shown for the selected product and variant. Size names and available dimensions can differ between editions. Allow for furniture placement and the space around the mat.
How do I clean a Mellow Mat?
Follow the care instructions for the specific edition. Do not assume the mat has a removable or machine-washable cover. Check its product listing and supplied instructions for suitable cleaning methods before washing or applying a cleaning product.
Which underlay should I choose?
Choose the Mellow Mat Underlay size intended for your mat's dimensions. The underlay adds 20mm of memory foam and is intentionally slightly smaller than the mat so its edges can sit towards the floor. Check the listed measurements before ordering.
Where can I check delivery and return details?
Check the selected product and variant for current availability and preorder information. Read the Shipping and Refund policies for current delivery and return terms, and contact Sensory Assist if you need clarification before ordering.
Is a Mellow Mat underlay the same as a rug?
No. The underlay is a separate cushioning accessory designed to sit beneath a compatible mat. Check both listings and their dimensions before ordering.
