I didn't know what to expect, but I like this mask. The cooling insert really is cooling without having to be put in the refrigerator/freezer! Oval eye cups are totally adjustable (have velcro) and can remove cups fully if preferred. If using eye cups, the mask will work best if lying as flat as you can otherwise the cups press on the side of the nose bridge (not like in the picture). Can turn to the satin side too, and the velcro still works. I thought it a bit expensive, but there is a lot going on with this mask, so maybe worth it if cool weight on eye area relieves negative symptoms.
