What size should I buy?

In terms of sizing, it depends on the level of resistance you are looking for. The small size starts stretching from 75cm before it starts offering resistance. Whereas the large starts offering resistance at 100cm.

If you're still unsure, let us try to help. Our daughter is 146cm tall and prefers to use the small size stretchy band.
